【岗位职责】
1.Conduct in-depth analysis of the hotel's target market and competitors, and develop effective market positioning and marketing strategies.
深入分析酒店目标市场和竞争对手,制定有效的市场定位和营销策略。
2.Organize and implement various marketing activities, such as advertising, promotions, and public relations events, to increase hotel awareness and occupancy rate.
组织实施各类营销活动,如广告投放、促销活动、公关活动等,提高酒店知名度和客房入住率。
3.Establish and manage the hotel's Customer Relationship Management system to explore and maintain key customer resources.
建立和管理酒店的客户关系管理系统,挖掘和维护重点客户资源。
4.Work closely with operations, finance, and other departments to optimize marketing resource allocation and control marketing costs.
与运营、财务等部门紧密合作,优化营销资源配置,控制营销成本。
5.Regularly evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and adjust strategies and plans accordingly.
定期对市场营销效果进行评估和分析,及时调整营销策略和计划。
6.Lead and guide team members in daily sales activities, such as sales visits, customer communication, and contract negotiation.
领导和指导团队成员进行日常销售活动,如销售拜访、客户沟通和合同谈判。
7.Provide market insights and decision-making advice to hotel management and assist in developing hotel strategies.
为酒店管理层提供市场洞察和决策建议,协助制定酒店发展战略。
8.Establish and manage the hotel's membership program to improve customer loyalty and repeat business.
建立和管理酒店的会员体系,提高客户忠诚度和复购率。
9.Develop and implement performance appraisal and incentive mechanisms for the sales team.
制定和实施销售团队的绩效考核和激励机制。
10.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing reports to update hotel management on work progress and performance.
撰写月度、季度和年度的市场营销工作报告,向酒店管理层汇报工作进展和业绩表现。
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上文化程度;3年以上酒店市场销售管理相关经验,1年以上星级酒店市场销售总监工作经验。
2、具备优秀的战略思维、市场洞察力和创新意识,能够准确把握市场趋势和客户需求。
3、出色的领导力和团队管理能力,能够有效激励和指导团队成员。
4、良好的沟通表达和谈判能力,能够与不同类型的客户和合作伙伴建立良好关系。
5、扎实的市场营销理论基础和实践经验,熟悉酒店业常用的营销手段和工具。
6、熟悉酒店业相关法律法规和行业标准,能够确保市场营销工作合法合规。
