工程部领班 Team Leader - Engineering

您的职责是协助确保工程部门的运作顺畅、高效，为所有其它运营部门提供有力的支持。
You will assists in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments.
维修、保养工作以及工程运营达到客户的期望。
Repair, maintenance work, and engineering operations meet customer expectations.
确保及时完成工作单和预防性维护任务。
Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
始终提供礼貌专业的服务。
Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
具有最少两年在酒店或类似大型楼宇/综合建筑物中的维修工经验；或曾接受过最少两年的专科和技术院校教育；或 6 个月至 2 年的相关经验和/或培训；或同等教育和工作经验背景。
Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management desirable / · Minimum 2 years work experience as Technician/Tradesman in a hotel or 4 years in a similar large building/complex with central plant
