您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下，保持所在部门的高效营运，并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。 确保餐饮部所有餐厅和宴会依照酒店标准成功运作并独立盈利。负责餐饮部行政管理工作，制定并实施餐饮经营的所有计划。负责餐饮部所有餐厅和宴会品牌维护、收益和员工管理，带领餐饮团队提供高标准的服务。
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Ensure all F&B outlets and banquet operate successfully in accordance with hotel standards and achieve independent profitability. Oversee the administrative management of the Food & Beverage Department, formulating and implementing all operational plans for F&B. Responsible for brand maintenance, revenue generation, and staff management across all F&B outlets and banquet venues, leading the F&B team to deliver high-standard service.
具备丰富餐饮业务知识，数量掌握管理技巧及服务标准，至少需要在奢侈品牌酒店工作二到四年的经验，优先考虑的条件是在凯悦国际酒店有工作经验。
Must be proficient in knowledge and skills related to Food & Beverage Management. Minimum two to four years work experience in a luxury brand hotel.Preferable prerequisite is experience in Hyatt International.
