进修发展部经理 Learning Manager

您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下，保持所在部门的高效营运，并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。 确保进修发展部顺畅、高效地运作，协助人力资源部总监在全酒店践行凯悦信念。
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Learning Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources with the implementation of Hyatt Purpose throughout the hotel.
拥有人力资源管理、人力资源开发、酒店或旅游管理的本科或专科学历；至少两年在大型机构担任培训部经理的工作经验；必须具有良好的表达、行政管理和人际交往能力。
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HR Management or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Training Manager in larger operation. Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
