确保所有员工准确理解酒店的各项规定,并按此执行。Ensures associates have a complete understanding of Rules and Regulations, and that behaviour complies.熟练掌握酒店人力资源薪酬福利工作内容,掌握薪酬体系,了解当地社保,公积金及当地的政策法规。Proficient in hotel‑related HR payroll and benefits administration, familiar with salary‑structure design, as well as local policies and regulations concerning social insurance and housing‑fund contributions.5年以上五星级酒店管理经验,2年以上薪酬福利管理经验。5+ years of experience in five‑star hotel management with over 2‑year tenure in the Compensation & benefits role.为人正直,忠诚守信,工作严谨,保密性强。Principled, loyal, diligent and highly discreet.逻辑思维能力强,数字敏感度好,善于进行数据分析,具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力。Possess strong logical reasoning, numerical acumen, data‑analysis skills plus solid communication and coordination skills.
