健身中心副理 Assistant Manager-Fitness

您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下，保持所在部门的高效营运，并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。 确保健身中心顺畅、高效地运营，职责范围包括健身房、泳池及其它康乐设施与活动。
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations To ensure the smooth operation of the fitness department, covering the gym, pool and other recreational facilities and activities.
拥有休闲管理或酒店/旅游管理的本科或专科学历；至少两年在大型机构内担任健身中心经理或副经理的工作经验；持有国家认可的救生员职业资格证书；具有良好的解决问题、行政管理和人际交往能力。
Ideally with a relevant university degree or diploma in Leisure management or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as fitness manager or assistant manager-fitness in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
