您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下，保持所在部门的高效营运，并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。 行使运营总监的职责，确保所有营运部门运作顺畅、高效，并确保各部门的运作符合品牌及酒店特别设定的各种标准。
To ensure the efficient operation of the division in accordance with Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of associates, guests, and hotel ownership. To perform the role of Director of Operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all operational departments and their compliance with Hyatt brand standards and the hotel’s specific standards.
【任职要求】
最好拥有酒店/旅游管理的本科或专科学位；至少两年在国际奢华品牌酒店担任运营总监或部门总监的工作经验；必须具有良好的经营、行政管理和人际交往能力。具有筹开经验者优先，英语听说读写流利。
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Minimum two years’ experience as a Director of Operations or Division Head with an international luxury hotel brand. Strong operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential. Pre-opening experience is preferred. Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
