o Oversee the smooth running of the Health Center on a day to day basis to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.

o Attend training sessions/meetings as required.

o Conduct daily shift briefings and meetings and disseminate relevant information to the associates.
举行每日交接班会议向员工传达相关信息。
o Follow up monthly department cleaning plan and deep cleaning.
跟进每月部门清洁计划和大清。
o Plan and ensure supervision of all planned activities and maintain a proper supply of all items need.
计划、监督各项活动，提供所需用品。
o Ensure proper accounting procedures are followed when collecting or charging fees for Health Center.
健身中心收费应使用正规的会计流程。
o Ensure that all activities and job functions are performed in a safe environment using proper safety techniques.
使用安全的工作习惯，保证客人在安全的环境下健身。
o Through close supervision, recommends improvement in Health Center operation, especially in the aspects of developing better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs.
通过细致入微的管理改善健身中心的运作，特别是提高服务标准，以使健身中心增加收入、减少损失。
o Ensures that all staff behavior, personal grooming and service skills are in line with hotel standards
要确保所有员工的日常行为，个人的仪容仪表和服务技能要符合酒店的标准。
o To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties or job functions saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc.).
尊重并确保酒店对环保章程的承诺（节约能源、重复使用、垃圾分类等）。
o Ensure all staff are well trained on All Emergency situations and are prepared for Any Fire evacuations.
确保所有员工受到紧急情况处理程序的培训并对火警疏散做好准备。
o Log and report all security incidents and accidents in accordance to Hotel requirements.
按饭店要求记录、汇报安全事故。

o Respects and ensures respect of the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter" (Enll areas of the Fitness Center are well maintained to avoid any safety concerns for both Guests and Associates.

o To have knowledge of the hotel rooms, hotel services, relative facilities and Food and Beverage department.

o Maintain and strive for high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining and promoting good Customer relations and developing guest focus in the recreation team.

o Follow up health center swimming suits supplier item quantity enough and sells monthly record.
跟进健身中心泳衣供应物品充足和月销售记录。
o Assist health club manager department daily operation and working plan.
协助部门经理的日常工作和工作计划。
o Check Monthly department linen and lost and damage report
检查部门月布草的流失和破损报告。
o Prepare Monthly Membership Card sales record and report
准备每月健身中心会员卡销售记录和报告。
o Plan the sales promotions or organize the membership activities to achieve the department Monthly and Annually budget.

o Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisor
