负责酒店客房、会议、宴会、餐饮等产品的市场销售工作，开发企业、旅行社、政企等客户资源，完成公司下达的销售指标。
Be responsible for marketing and sales of hotel guest rooms, meetings, banquets and catering products. Develop client resources such as enterprises, travel agencies and government‑owned institutions, and achieve the sales targets assigned by the company.
维护老客户关系，定期客户拜访与回访，挖掘客户需求，提升客户复购率。
Maintain relationships with existing clients, conduct regular client visits and follow‑ups, explore client demands and increase the customer repeat‑purchase rate.
跟进客户预订、洽谈、合同签订，协调酒店内部各部门，保障客户接待落地，处理客户相关诉求。
Follow up customer reservations, business negotiations and contract signing, coordinate with various internal departments of the hotel to ensure smooth customer reception, and handle customer‑related requests.
收集市场动态、竞品信息，及时反馈市场情况，配合制定销售策略与促销方案。
Collect market trends and competitor information, feed back market conditions in a timely manner, and assist in formulating sales strategies and promotion plans.
做好销售台账、客户档案管理，按时完成销售报表，跟进回款工作。
Manage sales records and customer files, complete sales reports on schedule, and follow up payment collection.
积极参加市场推广活动，拓展销售渠道，树立酒店品牌形象。
Actively participate in marketing activities, expand sales channels and build the brand image of the hotel.
