【工作职责】
在厨房每天的工作中,与总厨,副厨师长配合使厨务部门更好的与各个餐厅协作,完成酒店的标准服务和达成酒店的商业目标。维护厨房内的各种仪器。保证厨房的卫生符合卫生部门和酒店的标准。按菜式规定,烹制各种菜式。
【任职要求】
1.持有厨房资格证
2. 厨房卫生规范和职业健康与安全标准的基本知识
3. 基本的计算机技能
5.一年以上相关工作经验
6. 有国际奢侈品牌经验者优先

【Job Responsibilities】
In the daily work of the kitchen, cooperate with the head chefand sous chef to make the kitchen department better cooperate with eachrestaurant, complete the hotel's standard service and achieve the hotel'sbusiness goals. Maintain all kinds of instruments in the kitchen. Ensure thatthe hygiene of the kitchen meets the standards of the health department and thehotel. Prepare a variety of dishes according to the regulations
【Job Requirements】
1. Hold a kitchen qualification certificate
2. Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health andsafety standards
3. Basic computer skills
5. More than one year of relevant work experience
6. Experience in international luxury brands is preferred
