【工作职责】
依照酒店标准确保所有餐厅和宴会厅成功运作并独立盈利。确保餐饮部运作符合其酒店策略，适当执行酒店规章。确保酒店所有的乃至最细小的品牌标准都要被贯彻执行并在适用的地方有选择地执行品牌标准。以支持和灵活的态度与其他管理层成员紧密合作，着眼于整个酒店的成功和酒店客人的满意度。
【任职要求】
1. 优秀的客户服务技能，沟通和分析能力，餐饮服务技能。
2. 专业酒水知识和技能
3. 全面了解业务需求、财务报告和生产力要求
4. 至少两年以上同岗工作经验

We are looking for Assistant Director of Food and Beverage
【Job Responsibilities】
Ensures that all restaurants and banquet halls operatesuccessfully and profitably in accordance with hotel standards. Ensure that theFood & Beverage Department operates in line with its hotel strategy andproperly enforces hotel regulations. Ensure that all of the hotel's brandstandards, down to the smallest detail, are followed through and selectivelyimplemented where applicable. Work closely with other members of the managementteam in a supportive and flexible manner with an eye on the success of theentire hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
【Job Requirements】
1.Excellent customer service skills, communication andanalytical skills, food and beverage service skills
2. Professional beverage knowledge and skills
3. Gain a thorough understanding of business needs, financialreporting, and productivity requirements
4. At least two years of work experience in the same position
