【工作职责】
确保与会议宴会销售、活动策划、盈利能力和营销相关的所有凯悦活动标准得到全面实施。遵循凯悦集团的企业战略和品牌标准的前提下,保持所在部门的高效营运,并满足员工,客人及酒店业主的期望。
【任职要求】
1. 优秀的客户关系,销售,谈判技巧
2. 熟悉销售技巧和营销的方法
3. 良好的计算机技能
4. 良好的餐饮服务技能
5. 全面了解业务需求、财务报告和生产力要求
6. 至少2年以上同岗工作经验

We are looking for Director of Events
【Job Responsibilities】
Ensure that all Hyatt event standards related to meeting andbanquet sales, event planning, profitability, and marketing are fullyimplemented. Maintain the efficiency of your department and meet theexpectations of associates, guests and hotel owners in accordance with Hyatt'scorporate strategy and brand standards.
【Job Requirements】
1. Excellent customerrelationship, sales, negotiation skills
2. Familiarize yourself with salestechniques and marketing methods
3. Good computer skills
4. Good food service skillsGain a comprehensive understanding of business needs, financial reporting, andproductivity requirements
5. At least two years of work experience in the same position
