【工作职责】
协助工程部高效运营，支持其他部门的运行。根据部门标准监督维修，维护及工程部操作。

1.熟悉酒店工程管理的全链条流程，精通设备设施的维护与管理
2.具有良好的沟通能力，能够与其他部门有效协作
3.具备良好的组织协调能力和团队管理经验，能够高效处理突发事件

【Job Responsibilities】
To assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments.Supervises the repair, maintenance and engineering operations according to the departmental standards.
【Job Requirements】
1.Familiar with full-cycle hotel engineering operations; expert in facility maintenance.
2.Strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
3.Proven team leadership and crisis management abilities; highly efficient under pressure.
