招聘岗位：市场行销部总监
【工作职责】
通过适当的销售和营销举措定位酒店在当地市场，并确保酒店产品和服务与通过营销沟通所创造的定位和品牌承诺相一致
开发、实施、最大化、监控和评估酒店的营销策略（目标、策略和行动），以实现并超越客房、餐饮和其他所有创收部门的预测收入数字
确保营销活动与企业营销策略保持一致，并在适当的地方实施酒店行动
不断监控和评估本地、国家和国际市场趋势，以及竞争对手酒店和餐厅的举措，以确保酒店的营销和运营保持竞争力和领先地位
【任职要求】
1.需要全面了解业务需求、财务报告和生产力要求
2.计算机技能，特别是在使用MS Office、电子邮件、Delphi和RESERVE方面
3.至少需要在奢侈品牌酒店工作二到四年的经验
4.优先考虑的条件是在凯悦国际酒店有工作经验

We are looking for Director of Sales & Marketing
【Job Responsibilities】
To position the hotel in the local marketplace through appropriate sales and marketing initiatives and to ensure the hotel product and services align with the positioning and brand promise created through marketing communications.
To develop, implement, maximise, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s Marketing Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage, and all other revenue generating departments.
To ensure Marketing activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy and Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
To constantly monitor and evaluate local, national and international market trends, and the competitor hotels’ and restaurants’ initiatives, in order to make sure the hotel’s marketing and operations remain competitive and cutting edge.
【Job Requirements】
1. Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.-Computer Skills, particularly in the use of
2. MS Office, email, Delphi and RESERVE
3. Minimum two to four years work experience in a luxury brand hotel
4. Preferable prerequisite is experience in Hyatt International
