【工作职责】
协助房务部总监通过管理前厅部实现品牌承诺,包括但不限于前厅部、礼宾部(包括行李员和酒店入口)、宾客服务中心、商务中心、机场服务部和司机班。确保所有前厅部员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
【任职要求】
1.英语对话流利,有较强的协调管理能力
2.督导前厅各分部员工服务质量标准,操作流程标准并对前厅部各项工作实施全面监管
3.全面掌握前台收银方面的财务基础知识,能处理日常服务环节中所涉及到的财务方面的问题

We are looking for Front Office Manager
【Job Responsibilities】
To assist the Director of Rooms in delivering the brand promiseby managing the Front Office operations for the hotel, including, but notlimited to, the Front Desk, Concierge (including bell and the hotelentrance), Guest Service Centre, Business Centre, Airport Services and Transportation.Ensures that all Front Office employeesdeliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
【Job Requirements】
1. Fluent in English conversation with strong coordination and management skills
2. Supervise the service quality and operational standards of employees in all sections of the Front Office and implement comprehensive oversight of all Front Office operations
3. Have a comprehensive grasp of basic financial knowledge related to front desk cash handling and be able to address financial issues that arise in daily service processes
