【工作职责】
协助洗衣房经理确保洗衣房高效顺畅的运作。协助确保所有洗衣房员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
【任职要求】
1. 遵守酒店关于洗衣房和客房部的政策和程序
2. 能适应灵活的班次
3. 确保酒店和客人的衣物被正确分拣、水洗/干洗干净及包装，根据程序检查衣物的破损、污渍及遗失的装饰，并采取行动解决

【Job Responsibilities】
Tocontribute and assist the Laundry Manager with the smooth and efficient runningof the Laundry Department.Assists to ensure that all Laundryemployees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service atall times.
【Job Requirements】
1. Excellent communication skills, speak clearly, concisely andconfidently
2. Be able to work flexible shifts
3. Ensure that the hotel's and guests' clothes are properly sorted, washed (either by water or dry cleaning), and packaged. Inspect clothes for damage, stains, and missing decorations according to procedures, and take action to resolve any issues
