Director of Development

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and expansion of all Swisstouches brands within the designated region, managing end-to-end processes for new builds, renovations, and acquisition projects.
2. Identify, screen, and analyze potential hotel projects and sites; assess market opportunities and growth potential.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams to advance project reviews, due diligence, and approval processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic standards.
4. Lead or participate in negotiations of commercial terms, including management contracts and franchise agreements; build long-term, win-win relationships with owners and investors.
5. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to complete project feasibility analysis and ROI assessments.
6. Provide financing recommendations to owners and developers, assisting in project funding and construction progress.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate, hotel development, or related industries.
3. Strong commercial negotiation, financial analysis, and project management skills.
4. Solid industry network and deep local market insights.
5. Ability to independently drive complex projects with strong multi-tasking and execution capabilities.
6. Fluent in English (written and spoken); willing to travel frequently.
7. Prior experience in international brand hotel development or an MBA is preferred.
