FINANCIAL RETURNS 财务回报:
·Achieve REC budget revenue.
完成康乐部预算。
·Drive the business .
积极推动酒店生意
·Train the staff how to promote the activities, activity commission to the staff, encourage the staff to promote the activities.
通过相关培训学习,增强销售能力,做好现有康乐活动的促销。让员工都能成为促销员,同时增加对员工促销奖励计划,提高员工销售积极性。
·Better control the department P&L.
合理控制部门成本。
PEOPLE员工团队:
·Schedule training plan properly, renew the training plan according staff needs.
制定定期培训计划,结合每天的实际操作提高员工服务技能。
·Monitor and guide the staff, take care the staff regard the daily work, correct the behavior if staff is wrong.
监督和指导员工,在日常工作中留意员工工作状态,及时指正工作中的错误,确保员工做对的事。
·Regular organize staff party, more chance to better communicate with the staffs, solve the problem and construct better team environment.
组织团队建设和员工聚会,在工作环境以外给员工创造交流和尽炫自我的机会,解决部门小矛盾,营造良好的团队氛围。
GUEST EXPERIENCE 宾客体验:
·Invite the guests to join the daily activities, create memorial impression to the guests.
开发和组织有趣的活动项目,邀请客人参加,让客人尽兴而归,留下深刻印象。
· Solve the guests’ problem in time, report to the higher management team in time if the problem can not be solved and feedback to the guests.
及时解决客人遇到的问题,如有困难上报上级,并跟进问题的解决及时给予客人反馈。
·Train REC TMs to ensure guest receive satisfaction service.
通过对康乐团队有效的管理和培训来确保客人得到满意的服务
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS企业责任:
· Work better together with engineering for the green engage.
配合工程部做好低碳、环保、节能、减排。
· Attend the socially activity that the hotel organized.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
·Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years workingexperience within a recreation environment in a management capacity. The Recreation Manager should poses extensiveknowledge of recreation activities, teambuilding and training techniquestogether with a sound understanding of administrative systems.
应聘者有康乐活动的管理能力并且至少有五年的工作经历。康乐部经理应该在对管理系统的深入理解下拥有康乐活动、团队建设和技术培训的广泛知识。
