1.Sell the InterContinental Hotels Group products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling
techniques

2.Drive the business ..

3.Promote the Hotel’s (and ICHG generally) products and services

4.Prepare and execute action plans which increase reservation sales and associated business

5.Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email 
通过电话/传真/电子邮件记录和处理预订 
6.Accept wait list reservations 
接受等候名单预订 
7.Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc 
对预订进行修改，如延期、提前离开等 
8.Manage “no show” reservations by investigation and recording of same 
通过调查和记录来管理“no show”预订 
9.Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions 
记录团体和会议的特殊账单安排 
10.Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates 
监控预订水平，并告知经理当前和未来的入住率 
11.Prepare reports as requested (eg to travel agents, business houses etc)
