1. Constant customer contact directed towards existingcustomers and potential customers.

5. Fulfills Customer Relationship Managementresponsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customerinterviews.
仔细计划与客户的会面,对预定的客户实施客户关系管理,完成销售目标。
6. During sales calls, carries out "crossselling" in accordance with corporate and divisional guidelines.
在销售拜访的活动中,按照集团和亚太区的集团规定实施交叉销售。
7. Monitors and reports on market and competitionwithin own market segment.
在所负责的市场区域内,监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况。
8. Prepares and updates customer management reports andensures all necessary follow up work is carried out on time.
准备销售报告,确保市场及客户信息的准确性,以便于工作的跟进。
9. Active distribution of product information andcreates awareness in the markets and business segments or responsibility.

10. Participates inplanning and realization of sales campaigns together with the DOS withindefined market segments.
在所负责的区域内,与销售总监一起计划销售攻势,并确保其实现。
11. Activeparticipation and submission of reports at sales meetings.

12. Assists in planningand coordinating sales activities and events.

13. Assists incoordinating the development of all promotional material.

14. Managers accountbase and maintains all customer information up to date electronically.

15. Provides ongoingadvice and support to staff under his/her supervision.

16. Undertakes tasks asand when requested to fulfill the marketing and sales objectives of hotel.

17. Accept &complete the assigned individual task of seasonal promotions.
接受并完成上级制定并分配给个人的酒店季节性促销品的销售任务。
18. Analyses, evaluatesand improves personal performance on a continual basis.
不断分析、评估、提高个人表现。
19. Carries out othertasks as directed by Director of Sales.
执行销售总监交代的其他任务。
20. Abides by SheratonXiangshan employee Handbook.
遵守宁波象山绿城喜来登酒店的员工手册。
21. Abides by both thehotel and Marriott Group policies and procedures.
遵守万豪集团及酒店的程序及政策
22. To perform anyother duties as assigned by the Management.
