1. Manage the hotel’s primary social media platforms, including Red note, Tiktok, Weibo, WeChat channels, etc.
2. Oversee the maintenance and content production for the hotel's public WeChat account, including content creation and layout design.
3. Lead the hotel’s KOL program marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Marcom Manager.
4. Work closely with the Catering department to develop set menu products and support online sales.
5. Manage the advertising and promotion of the hotel's food and beverage outlets and guestrooms, including negotiating with major brands for collaborations and activities.
6. Organise filming schedule for hotel videos and live streams.
7. Foster and maintain positive relationships with the media, maintaining the image of the hotel, managing media relations and involving the media in hotel activities (in conjunction with Senior Marcom Manager).
8. Work with the team to plan and execute hotel events and create and edit content for various purposes.

8.与团队一起进行酒店活动的策划和举办,内容创意和编辑等。
