工作职责:
• Patrol and be responsible for public area and inspect ensure hotel area cleanliness up to the standard set up by the hotel.And ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to standard required by our hotel. 负责巡查所有公共区域的卫生,确保清洁状况良好,以高水平的卫生保证客人最大程度的满足
• To work on a rotation basis within Housekeeping. To shampoo and upkeep carpets, upholstery and hard flooring in accordance to Hotel standards. 做好客房部基础工作运转,按照饭店的标准清洗地毯、较赃地板和家俱.
• To report for duty punctually in full regulation uniform.正确着装上岗.
• To provide a courteous and professional service all times.时刻提供礼貌和专业的服务.
• To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues, and all other departments.与本部门及其他部门同事保持良好的工作关系.
• Greets and is courteous to all guests, uses eye contact and always offers assistance.对待所有客人和同事要彬彬有礼、热情,用眼睛交流并时刻提帮助.
• To follow up duties from the previous shift.将前一班所未能完成的工作分配到各员工,继续跟进。.
• To handle equipment and cleaning supplies with care. 小心使用机器,及时清洁机器.
• To respond to paging and follow up where cleaning is needed.及时清洁责任区域并时刻保持其整洁.
• Patrols and maintains functions rooms, restrooms, offices and public areas assigned to him/her according to.hotel standard by performing巡查多功能厅,休息室,办公室:
• To ensure cleaning equipment is in order and stored appropriately.确保所有清洁器材正确摆放,并适当保存.
• Arrange to general cleaning of restaurants, offices and public area assigned to him/her periodically by shampooing carpet, dusting and cleaning chandeliers, ceiling, A.C grills and other hard to reach fixtures and places asides form performing his daily cleaning duties.在日常工作中安排清洗餐厅、办公室、公共区域地毯的工作,同时打扫天花板,空调架或其他死角的卫生.
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. 时刻保持高水平的个人仪容仪表.
• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to Hotel’s policy relating to Fire & Emergency, hygiene, health and safety. 对于酒店内的火警/应急措施、卫生、健康和安全措施有完全了解.
• To requisition and obtains supplies and cleaning material from linen room daily.向布草间申请和领用消耗品和清洁材料.
• Write down the unusual incidents and suspicious looking characters. 登记任何可疑迹象和特殊事项
• To report on repair and maintenance requirements to executive housekeeper.如有机器的维修和保养,应通知行政管家
• To write down items found in public areas to Housekeeping Lost/Found directly as well as log.如在公共区域拾到客人遗留物品,应及时上交客房失物招领处,同时记在交班上。
任职资格:
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• 拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
• Able to speak, read and write English
• 具有说,读和写英语的能力。
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• 熟练使用微软办公软件
• Organizational and training abilities
• 具有组织和培训能力
