The Asst F&B Manager has the key responsibility of ensuring that all the Food and Beverage outlets, Conference and Banqueting operations are managed as successful independent profit centers, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and consistency in line with Hilton International Standards. · Determines operational policies and standards on all Food & Beveragematters of hotel level.

· Establishes standards of food & beveragesales, trends and inventories.

· Recommends changes or innovations in policies,procedures and equipment.

· Confers with management on reports, forecastbudgets, policies and future planning.

· Reviews price, sources of supply, food &beverage sales, trends and inventories.

· Review departmental programs to ensuredevelopment of future departmental heads.

· Review regular career paths with the GeneralManager and Director of Operations.

Required Qualifications 任职要求
1. More than 3 years of ADD manager,or 1 years of the same position experience.
具有3年以上西餐厅经理相关岗位工作经验或同岗位经验一年。
2. Able to endure hard work. Have good sense of responsibility and teamwork.

3.Communicate with guest efficiently. Customer oriented, Credibility.
