【职位描述】
1. To manage the activities of both guest laundry, food and beverage linen and staff uniform.
负责管理客衣、客房/餐饮布巾 、制服等的洗涤、熨烫。
2. To make inspection trips through entire area checking on productive methods andprocedures.
负责检查洗涤的方法和过程。
3. To check washing formulas and make corrections and improvement whenever necessary.
负责检查洗衣流程,如果必要进行修正和改善。
4. To report directly to the Executive Housekeeper keeping him advised of progress and practices.
直接向客房部经理报告洗衣房的工作状况和设备状况。
5. To confer with assistant and supervisors on production and personnel problems.
和下属员工交流工作情况和工作表现等。
6. To confer with maintenance mechanics regarding repairs and replacement problems.
和有关人员沟通,解决设备维修、保养和替换的问题。
7. To coordinate with Chief Engineer regarding new methods and machines.
和工程部经理保持联系,改善工作方法和设备。
8. To plan work and production schedules to meet housekeeping and food and beverage requirement.
根据客房入住率和餐饮布巾需求量,安排好布巾、制服的洗涤工作,保证提供足够的布巾。
9. To train staff according to established procedures: Conducts training meeting to discuss problems and future plans, give information and assignments.
按照工作程序,培训员工。和员工开会,讨论工作问题、工作计划、沟通信息,并安排工作。
10. To maintain proper balance between production requirements and payroll costs.
负责保持工作需求和人工需求的平衡。
11. To oversee laundry office functions including production reports, schedules and other records.
负责检查洗衣房办公室的工作,如生产报告、工作安排和其它记录。
12. To supervise and investigate all claims by guest for defective laundry and consult with hotel executive for any compensation if necessary.

13. To hold department briefing keeping his staff informed of new methods and management instructions.

14. To keep close liaison with personnel office on employment and labor relations.

15. To supervise and direct the functions of the valet department.

18. To arrange contacts with other laundry managers in other leading hotels for updated information and price setting.

19. To establish production standard’s records and training techniques.
建立产品标准记录和培训技能记录。
20. To make recommendations to the manager on all phases of the laundry operation and advise him of the latest ideas and equipment.

21. To regulate the manning according to the work load.

22. To perform other related duties assigned by superiors.

【任职要求】
1.Possess a complete knowledge of all areas in the laundry operation: washing, spotting, starching, dry-cleaning and pressing.
掌握清洗、去污、上浆、干洗和熨烫等相关洗衣房的全部知识。
2.Continue to study new fabric knowledge on world and grasp recent developments in science and technology.
不断学习和研究国际纺织品知识,掌握和了解当今世界洗衣行业的最新动态,不断完善自我。
3.Clothes material understanding.
服装面料知识。
4.Laundry machine operation.
洗衣房机器操作。
5.Hotel Laundry system.
酒店洗衣房系统。
6.Hotel Laundry administration.
酒店洗衣房经营管理。
7.Min 1 years in Laundry Manager position, plus 3-5 years of working experience in Laundry.
至少一年洗衣房经理工作经验,以及三至五年洗衣房工作经验。
8.Working experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
