1.Assist the Security manager in driving the hotel's asset protection, safety, and shortage awareness and prevention initiatives. In addition, ASM and security manager should both build a good relationship with the local administration.

2.Strictly implement the safety measures per Hilton International Safety Management Policy and Guidance.

6.Completes records by established security policy and fire control policy,and giving some ideas to the other hotel about how to fire control.

1.One or two years of relevant hotel security management experience.

2.Should have at least five years of relevant experience in the field of security and fire protection.

3.Knowledge of government requirements and technical standards.

4.Ability to execute the requirements of hotel services.

5.Ability to train staff.

6.Should hold the national certificate of junior fire fighter of building (structure).
需持有国家颁发的建（构）筑物初级消防员证。
