1.Familiarizes self with facilities, activities, equipment, services and other pertinent information in order to provide guest with accurate information.

2.Ensures facilities and equipment are clean, orderly and well maintained.
保证设备和装备的整洁、整齐、有序。
3.Conducts activities and services for guests, members and registered children while giving proper Instruction and safety reminders. Abides by rules & regulations and policies and procedures of hotel.
为客人,会员和登记进入的儿童给予适当的安全指示。遵守酒店的规章制度和程序
4.Attends scheduled training, participates actively in employee activities.
参加定期的培训例会,积极参与员工活动
5.Update analysis, membership record, and membership cards etc. into the computer.
在电脑里更新并储存每日分析报表、会员记录和会员卡.
6.Maintain and strive for high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining and promoting good Customer relations and developing guest focus in the recreation team.
通过与客人建立良好的关系,以客人为中心来争取客人最佳满意度。
7.Report to work on time with proper uniform, including nametag. Personal appearance must comply with the standard of the hotel.
按照到岗、制服穿戴干净整齐,佩带名牌。个人形象和仪容仪表必须符合酒店规定.
