职位描述
1. Confidently knowing the food and beverage menu contents and be able to explain them indetail to guests. Understand dietary requirements and offer appropriate suggestions.
熟悉掌握菜单及饮料单上的内容,并可以向客人做出详细解释。了解健康食品的要求,可以提出适当的建议。
2. By completing TBS checklist in product knowledge.
能够达到TBS产品知识要求。
3. Be able to make suggestions on the menu that might suit guests of different nationalities.
根据客人不同的国籍,推荐相应的食品。
4. By knowing menu items of all other outlets to recommend guests to other outlets.
熟悉饭店其他餐厅菜单上的食品,并向客人推荐。
5. Undertake steps/process to ensure that all areas of the restaurant are set to the standards required for lunch and dinner. This includes setting tables, setting the buffet, having all equipment ready for service and ensuring you have been briefed by your supervisor for the shifts activities.
遵守服务程序,保证餐厅的各个区域都符合午餐及晚餐的服务标准。其中包括收银台的准备工作,与厨师交流餐厅预定的详细情况。
6. Undertake steps to ensure that the cashiers desk is ready and set for service.
检查收银设备的准备工作。
7. Check reservations with Supervisor/Manager, and confirm any large bookings for the next service period.
与主管或经理检查预定,并确认人数较多的预定。
8. By ensuring everything is clean and tidy, ready for guests to enter the restaurant.
保证所有用具的清洁,并为客人进入餐厅做准备。
9. Make sure all areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with operating procedures.
严格执行服务程序,确保所有服务设施的清洁与完备。
10. All guests check must be presented promptly on request with a feedback form & brochure.
在客人结帐时,账单要与客人满意程度调查及其他宣传单一起放在账单夹中。
11. Encourage all guests to fill out feedback forms when they leave.
鼓励客人填写意见调查表。
12. Ensuring that safe and healthy working practices are observed throughout service.
在服务过程中确保严格遵守卫生及安全守则。
13. Reporting any accidents/incidents to the Supervisor/Manager.
向上一级主管或经理汇报发生的任何事故。
14. Performs any other duty as assigned by the Department manager.

1. More than 1 year of the same position experience.
具有1年以上同岗位工作经验。
