Position Summary 职位概述
1.Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的销售活动。
2.Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.
紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量,以及与公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意。
3.Assists the Senior Sales Manager and DOS in the forecasting of rooms’ revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.
协助高级销售经理和销售总监预测未来房间的收入和公司/散客/会议/长住客/的平均房价。
4.Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly.
了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息,包括公司协议价、主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务等,并定期向销售总监汇报。
5.Work together and close communication with Banquet Sales Team to keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals through regular entertainment and some activation.
与宴会销售紧密沟通并协同工作,通过定期的酒店招待、宴请及举办主题活动来全面地保持好客户关系。
6.Take responsibility to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for future follow .
负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划。
7.Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications.
通过销售拜访.电话销售. 传真.通信方式为酒店主要市场保持一个高水准的位置。
8.To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outside catering events and coordinate with Banquet Department and follow-up revisions.
与客户洽谈所有相关宴会、会议、户外活动等,并签定协议。与宴会销售人员配合跟进具体在店活动。
9.Maintain good relationship with current key account,increase their production from city volume.
维护好酒店现有的主要客户,同时在现有产量基础上有所提高。
Required Qualifications 任职要求
1.Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget.
积极地参与完成部门销售任务,为整个部门达到销售预算做出贡献。
2.Get known the information of martet and competitors,develop the potential &new account.
了解市场及竞争对手信息,同时开发新客户及潜力客户
3.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
