1. Ensure that all requests from “Personal Guest Service” is handledpromptly and properly logged.

2. Work closely with the Receptionto ensure correct room status at all times

3. Handle, record and follow up on loan items and extra supplies toguests. Conduct monthly inventories of on-loan items, pagers.

4. Prepare monthlyreports as required. Render assistance to respective
Housekeeping sections, Linen/Uniform, Floors,Public Areas, Laundry in preparing their monthly reports and inventories.
按要求准备月报表。为管家部各部分,即布草房,楼层,公共区域,洗衣房准备月度报告和盘点提供帮助。
5. Know how to use computer and support the office work if possible.
熟练掌握电脑,为管家部办公室工作提供帮助。
6. Co-ordinate work progress of Pest Control Personal, Machine &equipment repairs and Grounds and Garden from external company.
和杀虫公司,机器设备修理公司以及园林公司协调工作进度。
7. Keep good communication with other departments.
同其他部门协调工作。
8. Assume other duties assigned by Executive Housekeeper.
完成由行政管家分配的其他任务。
9. Assist with the preparation of staff duty rosters
协助准备员工花名册
10. Deliver high quality service to guests
提供高品质的对客服务
11. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met
确保客人需求与合理的要求被满足
12. Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service, byreporting guest comments

13. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints

14. Promote the hotel and Sheraton products and services
促销酒店与喜来登的产品与服务
15. Access and use Housekeeping computer programs
掌握和使用管家部电脑系统
16. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures

17. Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs
坚持酒店的清洁和养护
18. Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area
保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁
19. Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timelybasis

20. Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors
