Assistant Director of Engineering - 工程部副总监

岗位职责
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations To assist the Director of Engineering in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition.

岗位要求
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Engineering, or Engineering Manager. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
最好拥有电气/机械工程和/或建筑管理的本科或专科学历；至少两年工程部副总监或工程部经理的工作经验；必须具有良好的解决问题、行政管理和人际交往能力。
1.大专以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。
2.必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识。
3.能充分领会工上级的经营意识，能组织和指挥本岗位工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。
4.有强烈的事业心与责任心和配合精神，秉公办事，不谋私利。
5.身体健康，精力充沛。
