Room Attendant 楼层服务员

 岗位职责：
您的职责是为顾客提供始终如一的卓越服务。 在指定的工作区域内，履行清洁职责，并为顾客提供谦恭、专业、高效而又灵活的服务。You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. To conduct cleaning duties in the assigned Place of Work, and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to our customers.
岗位要求：
最好拥有酒店或旅游管理领域的相关学历或职业证书；最少两年酒店领域的工作经验；必须具有良好的客户服务、沟通和人际交往能力。Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
