FLAIR Hostess/Cashier 顶楼酒吧餐厅领位/收银

Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist them in seating, ensuring Terra’s standard of service. Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the hostess stand, cashier area, cloak area and the dining room at all times. Consult on daily basis with the Restaurant Sales department. Assist in monitoring the guests’ needs, check the previously ordered items (cake, flowers, etc) and inform the restaurant kitchen and service staff of all pre booked menu and special menu requests of the guests. 问候前来用餐的客人并将他们带到座位上，确保服务的质量，协助其他服务员为客人服务并随时 注意保持咨客台，收银台以及其他工作区的卫生。了解餐厅的营业情况，协助服务员完成客人的各种要求，检查预定物品如蛋糕，鲜花等，通知厨房和餐厅所有员工每天的预定情况以及特殊定餐。
