The Spa and Fitness Concierge’s main
duty is to greet all guests that come to the Spa and Fitness Centre and to
assist them with requests or services. Establish exemplary guest services.
Assist guests with appointments, payment transaction, give general information,
selling of retail, promote and maximize the spa services and facilities. Assist
spa service operators with administration reports.
