The Guest Recognition Officer’s main
duty is to strengthen and enhance Mystique within the hotel. This includes
fulfilling the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of all guests.
Responsible for courteously and efficiently checking in and out guests; process
all payments according to established hotel requirements. Providing information
to any guest or visitor upon inquiry.
