Qualifications & Skills Essential:
资格和技能要求：
1. Familiar with
boiler, domestic hot/cold water systems, cooling water systems, storm and
sanitary/sewer systems, irrigation/fountain water systems and swimming parts
troubleshooting
熟悉锅炉、冷热水系统、冷却水系统、污水处理系统，水幕喷泉系统及游泳池 （具备有效锅炉证）
2. Log
down pressures, temperatures, amperes, and other required variables of all A/C
& Refrigeration machinery as stipulated in log sheets or as otherwise
required to ensure the proper operation of the
equipment.
记录压力,温度,安培以及其他有关空调和冷冻机械的设备的相关数据在值班日志上,确保设备的正常运行
3. Attends
to the repair, routine maintenance and preventative maintenance of refrigeration
equipment such as Chillers, Walk in Fridge/Freezer rooms and any other
commercial or industrial equipment in the
Hotel.
维修,日常保养以及预防性维修保养冷冻设备,例如冷却器,步入式冰柜以及酒店内其他商业的或工业设备.
4. Ensure all
air-conditioned areas, cold rooms and freezer rooms are operating at optimum
efficiency and that heat exchange surfaces are
clean.
确保所有空调区域,冷藏室以及冷冻室的正常运行,热交换器表面的整洁.
5. Monitors and records
performance of HVAC equipment and systems by help of regulated log
sheet.
监管以及记录空调通风设备以及系统的相关运行数据
6. Attends to the maintenance of Air
Handling Units, Primary Air Units and Fan Coil
Units.
维修保养空调设备,空调主机以及风机盘管
7. Ensures that filters, cooling/heating
coils and strainers are free from dirt and that condensate drains are free
flowing.
确保过滤器,盘管以及滤网的整洁,冷凝水管的畅通
8. Regularly check that operating
valves are free running and greased.
定期检查操纵阀
