2. Provide a level of service which exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently thorough manner, in the time allocated and by treating all clients with individual attention and focusing on the guest experience.

3. Develop and maintain appropriate and quality relationships with regular spa guests, being flexible with scheduling of roster to accommodate upon request.

4. Possesses knowledge of all aspects of Willow Stream Spa operations including telephone usage, guest relations, retail products and sales and spa services and facilities.
具有全面的水疗管理知识包括电话接听,宾客关系,零售产品知识、销售,服务和设施。
5. Review guest’s medical history/waiver and all information in Spa Soft and reiterate concerns and requests directly with guest prior to performing each treatment.

6. Guests’ personal and medical information is kept within the work environment and privacy is always respected and handled with absolute discretion.

7. Handle guest complaints immediately and solve problems to the best degree possible – ensuring each facet of the spa treatment is explained clearly in the first instance, and providing as much information as possible if problems occur – filling up a Spa Incident Report or Skin Reaction Report if needed.
