To ensure that hotel contracts are contracted by required time lines.根据客户的需要，及时准备合同。
To maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards client and colleagues as an ambassador of Fairmont Peace Hotel.担任费尔蒙和平酒店的大使，对客户和同事保持最高标准的职业精神、道德和态度。
To prepare monthly and review account managers “Hit list” of competitor key accounts as part of key objectives to convert these accounts to Fairmont Peace Hotel. Submit to DOMS for review. To monitor conversion rate of these.每月准备并审核销售经理的竞争对手大客户的“黑名单”，并作为将这些客户转变为费尔蒙和平酒店客户的主要目标的一部分。提交给DOSM审核。监测这些客户的转化率。
To review on monthly basis profile of meetings & events accounts database based on room night production, average rate to ensure accounts are achieving room night production requirements. Update Director of Sales & Marketing on account fluctuations.每月根据用房数和平均房价审核会议与统筹客户数据库状态，以确保客户达到用房数要求。向市场销售总监汇报客户波动情况。
To recommend and prepare master list of yearly sales blitz requirements for the hotel based on meetings and events rate offers within local market and nearby feeder markets.根据当地市场和附近来源市场内的会议与统筹价格，为酒店建议和编制年度销售要求总清单。
To attend coordination meetings as required by Fairmont Peace Hotel standards, which will be reviewed from time to time.按照费尔蒙和平酒店标准要求参加协调会议，要经常审核协调会议。

To develop Creative Themes events from time to time together with Director of Sales, Assistant Director of Sales for potential customer’s request.经常与销售总监和副总监为潜在的客户要求策划有创意的主题活动。
To assist DOM to identify sources of group on Meetings & Events business to the hotel and establish solicitation programs to maximize sales.协助DOM确定酒店的会议与统筹业务源，制定推销计划，最大限度地提高销售。
To help identify sources of new individual business and direct resources to secure them.帮助确定新个体业务源和直接资源以对它们进行保护。
To participate in development of marketing plan, sales action plan, profit plan, and marketing audits. 参与制定市场计划、销售行动计划、利润计划和市场审计。
