SCOPE岗位概述
Responsible for achieving hotel targets by optimising revenues through an assigned account basc.
as well as prospecting new clients in assigned markets. Assigned markets may change according
to hotel needs. The key measurement of performance will be performance versus the Revenue
goals.

Responsible for key account management on an assigned account base or geographic area
ensuring revenue maximization, achievement ofpersonal targcts and increasing fair market
(MICE)share versus competitor set.

Responsible for prospecting new accounts.
负责开发新客户。
Conduct sales call, sales blitz, presentation, site inspections, entertainment to enhance
business result and necessary actions.

完成销售目标。
Conduct site inspections.
带客人进行酒店视察。
Adhere to the Corporate SOP's.
遵守公司的标准准则。
Follow up oftentative bookings in the assigned markets.
跟进所属客户的预订需求。
Detailed knowledge of competitor set.
竞争对手的详细知识。
Detailed knowledge of all services provided by the Hotel and all relevant facts and figures
of hotel.

Responsible for timely contracting from the client base responsible for.

MART contracting to ensure optimum yielding during annual rate negotiations.

Execute sales actions within set cost budget structure.

Document all sales actions in SFA(S&C).

Update OPERA contact database at all times.

Cross sell other Kempinski Hotels.

Understand, and follow the Company Sales Vision.

Strictly adhere the KPI's.

Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees
Handbook and the Hotel's policy on Fire, Hygiene, and Health Safety.

Ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately.

Ensure heart ofhouse clean, safe and hygiene.
保证酒店后场区域与前场区域保持同样干净、安全、卫生。
Keep analysis.evaluate, improve self-behaviour.
不断分析、评估、改进个人工作表现。
Comply with code ofconduct.
遵守道德行为规范。
Comply with Staff Handbook and related policies.
遵守《员工手册》的相关规定。
Complete the temporary job assigned by the reporting leader.
完成上级安排的临时性工作。
