The incumbent in this position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of guest rooms and corridors in accordance with the policies and guidelines established by Hotel.

- The job of Floor Supervisor – AM Shift is executed satisfactorily when he/she:

- Provide clean, hygiene, tidy guest rooms to all guests.

- The service team is well managed, having delegated the appropriate tasks to the team members.

- A High quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.

RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- Directs, guides and controls room attendants to ensure all guest bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors are maintained to the highest standard or cleanliness and tidiness for safety, hygiene and comfort of guests.
负责,指导以及控制楼层各服务员确保客房,卫生间以及楼道保持在安全性,卫生要求以及对客舒适度上最高级别的整洁卫生要求。
- Well informed about the hotel operations and able to organize his work during peak hours by maintaining a constant standard of performance during high or low occupancy.
及时分享饭店运营信息,具备在繁忙时段组织工作的能力并确保淡旺季工作标准的一致性。
- Carries out on the job training and is responsible for grooming and conduct standards of the room attendants on his/her assigned floors. He/she motivates the staff to bring about excellent performance. Evaluate staff performance once a year.
进行工作培训,检查仪容仪表,确保服务员的标准与所在楼层的统一,激励员工表现出最佳状态,每年评估员工表现。
- Initiates and maintains effective communication within the Housekeeping Department.
在本部门内做好有效的沟通。
- Ensure all occupied rooms are serviced and that all check out rooms is serviced base on the arrival time of the next guest. Proper handover is done for rooms that needs attention and follow up.
确保住人房按时打扫,离店房要根据下一位客人的入住时间做好清洁服务,做好房间注意事项的交接。
- Ensure proper care, maintenance and use of all housekeeping equipment.
对使用的机器做好维修保养。
- Carries out additional duties assigned by Executive Housekeeper, Asst. Executive Housekeeper and Asst. Housekeeper.
及时做好行政管家,助理行政管家和助理管家分配的任务。
- Familiar with and carries out the policies and procedure established by Hotel.
熟知以及按标准执行饭店的政策和规章制度。
- Make sure floor maids pantries are equipped with all the necessary items needed in servicing a guestroom, and proper control are practiced to save expenses.
确保楼层服务间储存好房间内客人所必须的客用品,并且做好费用的控制。
- Sign in and out to master keys and pages in housekeeping office and is responsible for accounting all unreturned keys.
做好钥匙的签出以及归还工作,并对未能归还的钥匙负责。
- Schedule general cleaning of 1 room per RA per day, and assist on scheduled cleaning on low occupancy.
安排每位服务员每天做一间大清房,低出租率情况下协助安排计划清洁
- The work will be assigned according to the operational needs of each sub-section.
工作安排根据分部门的运营需要随时做出调整。
- Carries out additional duties assigned by Executive Housekeeper / Asst. Executive Housekeeper and Asst. Housekeeper.
完成行政管家,助理行政官家和助理管家交派的其他任务。
