SCOPE 岗位概述
Responsible for the operations of the Reception, Concierge, PABX, Business Center ensuring the highest standards of service in accordance with the operating procedures and Kempinski standards.
主管前台接待,礼宾部,话务部,商务中心, 保证各接待部门工作水平达到 凯宾斯基酒店服务标准和流程。
Main responsibilities 主要职责
Involvement in budget preparations and responsible for profit & loss.
参与酒店预算的准备并对酒店的盈利和亏损负责。
Maximize hotel revenue by controlling room inventory, group blocking, packages, up- selling, adhering to late charge and double occupancy policies to maximize REVPAR.
利用控制房间数量配比,批量封锁,客房套餐,增销,滞纳金和双倍入住率等方式以实现平均可出租客房收入最大化。
Prepare the annual budget and manning guide and manage the Front Office Department within budgetary guidelines.
制备年度预算和人员配置指南,将预算控制在前厅部预算标准范围内。
Control the duty roster for sub departments guaranteeing quality as well as considering the highest personnel cost efficiency.
通过掌握控制执勤制度以保证人工成本的最高效率。
Oversee all labor cost controls within budget limits and occupancy variances to maximize productivity.
将人工成本合理控制在预算内,最大限度的提高生产力。
Conduct interviews with potential candidates.
对本部门的应聘员工进行面试。
Manage all operational tasks including their delegation and follow-up.
有效管理所有运营安排,包括对工作任务的分配和跟进。
Approve training plan of all Front Office sub-departments and follow-up to ensure compliance and efficiency of training activities.
批准所有前厅分部门的培训计划和后续跟进情况,以确保培训活动的有效性。
Manage all operational tasks as well as their respective delegation and follow-up.
管理所有运营工作,包括任务分配及其后续跟进情况。
Carry out disciplinary actions in line with company procedures.
按照公司规章制度执行纪律处分。
Re-evaluate work flows to improve and optimize organization.
重新评估工作流程,改善优化工作组织架构。
Implement and evaluate procedures and policies.
实施并监察工作进度流程与政策。
Ensure clear communication within departments.
保持本部门良好的交流环境。
Verify that all information requested by the local police authorities are adhered to and prepared accurately.
准备出符合当地警察局所需要的资料文件。
Organize regular departmental meetings.
定期组织部门会议。
Detailed hotel product knowledge, up-to-date with VIP arrivals & events within the hotel and the destination.
对酒店产品,当地酒店内外最新贵宾和宴会资料有详细的理解。
Conduct daily walk through to ensure quality standards.
监察部门日常工作,确保达到品质标准。
Maintain high visibility with guests and employees, handle customers’ complaints and take corrective action.
在客人眼前保持高显眼度,能够完美的接待并处理客人意见和建议。
Set short term and long term measurable objectives to continually improve service levels.
制定短期和长期衡量的目标,不断提高服务水平。
Responsible for maintaining 85% scoring for KEA inspections.
保证在KEA检查中获得85%分以上的成绩。
Greet VIP guests and escort them to their room. Farewell of VIP guests upon departure.
迎接并护送贵宾至房间,在贵宾离店时告别。
Manager on Duty weekdays and weekends.
在工作日或周末需要时值班。
Rooms Division responsibility in their absence.
在房务部其他负责人缺席时负责相关事宜。
Pre-Opening tasks and responsibilities where applicable.
适度参与相关工作前期准备工作。
