SCOPE岗位概述
Do a good job in daily maintenance work andaccurately record, timely report the problems found in the work to the boss,and assist the engineer on duty to complete the repair report or designated work.
做好日常维修工作并准确记录、及时向上司汇报工作中发现的问题，协助值班工程师完成报修或指定工作。
Overall Objectives 整体目标
The incumbent in this position is responsible for keeping equipment ingood repair by providing day to day maintenance of the hotel under thedirection of the Engineering Management. Proficient in hotel furniture anddecoration repair, maintenance technology and related knowledge.
在工程管理部门的指导下，通过提供酒店的日常维护与保养，使设备处于良好的状态。熟练掌握酒店的家具和装饰等维修、保养工艺及相关知识。
Main responsibilities 主要职责
Do a good job in daily maintenance work andaccurately record and report the problems found in the work to supervisor in atimely manner.
做好日常维修工作并准确记录、及时向上司汇报工作中发现的问题。
Assist the engineer on duty to complete the repairreport or designated work;
协助值班工程师完成报修或指定工作；
Strictly implement the department's safetyproduction, safety operation procedures and other related procedures
严格执行部门的安全生产、安全操作规程等相关程序。
Keep grooming match with standard.
根据饭店及品牌标准保持个人仪容仪表。
Conduct health regulation, safety policy.
执行健康及安全法规、政策及程序。
Settle danger situation and inform potentialdanger.
采取行动排除危险情况，并及时通知危险隐患。
Carryout all the process of safety emergency.
执行酒店安全紧急情况政策及程序。
Ensureheart of house clean, safe and hygiene.
保证酒店后场区域与前场区域保持同样干净、安全、卫生。
Keepanalysis, evaluate, improve self-behaviour.
不断分析、评估、改进个人工作表现。
Complywith code of conduct.
