Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1.The main responsibility of this position istoaccording to the arrangement of the maintenance list and the supervisor, finish the repair work in all departments in time.
根据维修单和上级领导的安排，及时完成各部门报修工作。
2.Try to improve comprehensive technical competency base on specialized trade, and accomplish the painter work in accordance with the request. Such as know category, function , operations, the requirement of hotel decoration.
根据自己所专长的工种，努力提高自己的综合技术能力，按照要求完成油漆工的基本工作，如知道油漆的种类和特性、熟知油漆操作流程、熟悉酒店装修对油漆的要求并能够熟练修补等。
3.To perform other tasks assigned by duty engineer and concerned supervisors.
随时执行值班工程师和有关主管安排的其它工作任务。
4.Ensure the normal operation of hotel equipment
保证酒店设备的正常运转。
5.Cooperate with supervisor and colleagues to complete the maintenance of equipment.
配合主管、同事完成设备的维修保养工作。
6.Make handover procedures, check the common tools in the duty room on duty, check the operation of equipment together with the shift operator, and explain the matters needing attention.
认真做好交接班手续，清点当班值班室公用工具，与交接班者共同检查设备运转情况，交代注意事项等。
7.To keep worksite sanitation well.
搞好工作场地环境卫生。
8.Those who be on duty should strictly execute all kinds of operation procedure, avoiding causing accident.
当班人员要严格执行各项操作规程，防止事故发生。
9.Finish maintenance of equipment based on the work plan, and take down.
按照工作计划完成对设备的维修保养，并做好相应的详细的记录。
10.Prohibit from wasting repairing material, on the premise of not descending performance of equipment, make sure of spare parts recycled.
在工作中保证检修材料的不浪费，在不降低设备性能的前提下确保设备配件的重复使用。
11.Execute daily inspection, eliminate unsafe factor and remove breakdown in time.
认真执行日常的巡检，消除不安全因素，及时排除故障。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1.Technical school or above.
技校以上学历。
2.Minimum 1 years experience on ENG.
具有一年以上酒店工程部经验。
3. Abide to regulation concerned strictly.
严格遵守有关规章制度。
4.Must be qualified for this job with rich experience and high efficiency.
能够胜任本职工作，具有丰富的实际工作经验，工作效率高。
5.Education:Senior or technical school or above
文化程度：高中、技校以上学历。
6.Body condition :good health
身体条件：五官端正,身体健康。
