Responsibilities/岗位职责
1.Adherence to Staff Handbook and Fairmont Code of Ethics.
遵守员工手册条款和费尔蒙道德规范。
2.Work collaboratively. Respect team members and immediate supervisors. Follow department rules and regulations.
融入团队气氛，尊重同事，尊重上司，遵守部门内的规定。
3.Before handover must know the working situation of previous shift, check control system, fire automatically alarm system, fire linkage system is operating well, handover goods are completely. If previous shift has any problems left must follow up in time.
接班前要了解上一班工作情况，检查监控系统、火灾自动报警系统、消防联动系统是否正常，物品移交是否齐全若上一班有遗留问题须及时跟进处理。
3.Familiar with different fire protection systems, know the function and operation of the automated alarm system.
熟悉酒店各种消防、掌握自动报警系统及联动的功能与正常操作使用。
4.Stop unrelated personnel into fire control center, if work is needed or inspection reason, need to get department head’s approval and make the detailed record. Keep the room clean and the temperature of the air conditioners within 18℃-23℃.
禁止无关人员进入监控中心，如工作需要或检查进入监控中心,需请示部门经理同意方可，并做好详细记录。保持室环境卫生,空调温度应控制在18℃-23℃。
5.If other department needs to examine the video, only get the department head’s approval can they examine if the video with duty supervisor on site, and make the detailed records.
如其它部门要查看录像必须请示部门经理，当值主管在场方可查看，并做好详细记录。
6.Supervise the different control centers, and carefully look over the screen of the verdure television, then deeply analyze it and send the records to the duty superior and make the detailed information.
对各监控点进行严密监控，认真观察电视的屏幕、细致分析情况发现异常情况立即报告当值主管处理，并作好详细记录。
7.After receiving the fire alarm, confirm fire alarm location and notify the security officer to the scene, if finds the fire, please execute the fire procedure, if confirm this fire is a false alarm, find out the reason and reset it.
接到火警信号后、立即确认报警部位、通知巡楼保安快速到现场；若发现火情应按火警应急方案执行，若确认是误报应查明原因并做复位处理。
8.Deal with the different information correctly and fire alarm in the automated alarm system, if finds the supervision system and fire protection system are in trouble, notify the engineering department to repair it.
正确及按程序处理自动报警系统的各种信息和报警、发现监控、消防系统出现故障应及时上报并通知工程尽快修复。
9.Answer the phone politely, can’t chat in the phone.
细心、文明、礼貌接听电话，不准电话聊天。
10.Stick to the position, conclude the responsibility, and responsible for the mistake, misprision, and keep strictly confidential.
坚守岗位、尽职尽责，对因自身工作的失误、失职或渎职行为负责，做好保密工作。
11.Finish the assigned job from department head.
完成上司交办之其它工作任务。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1.Have 1-year hotel working experience including knowledge of loss prevention.
具有1年以上酒店行业经验，丰富防损相关知识。
2.Have knowledge of industrial safety and measures of safety prevention.
具有安全知识及安全预防措施。
3.Veterans are priority
退伍军人优先考虑
4.Have rules and lines of security and the prevention of security incidents.
具有治安法规及治安事件防范。
5.Have knowledge, skills and management skill of fire control.
具有消防知识、技能及管理才能。
6.Fire control room operation certificate is preferred.
持有消防控制室操作证优先考虑。
