Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
1.Responsible for print, clean up office, attendance sheet, some related files translation between English and Chinese.
负责打印、办公室的卫生打扫、做好每月人员考勤报表、有关文件的中英文互译工作。
2.Reads and routes internal mail.
阅览和发送内部电子邮件。
3.Participate in trainings arranged by hotel and familiar with ENG related work and knowledge quickly.
有义务参加酒店安排的培训,并尽快熟悉和掌握本部门相关岗位的工作及知识。
4.Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitors to employer or appropriate person.
接待到访办公室的人员,了解其目的,将其引导至相关人员办公室。
5.Prepares outgoing mail.
准备外发函件。
6.Get along well with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through teams"
与其他部门友好灵活相处,体现出团队精神。
7. To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.

8.To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance.

9.Preparing file with daily function sheets and other activities held in the hotel for the briefing.
协助做日常功能表和部门例会内容的存档。
10.Checking weekly duty roster, keeping track of any changes involved with regard to change of shift or personnel on emergency leave such as medical leave or compassionate leave. After this marking the attendance report, total of split shift and transportation claims.
检查每周的排班表并记录人才班次变化和请假(如病假和丧假)并对其进行汇总。
11.Arrange Food & Beverage Department office requisitions such as office materials, food requests, market lists, beverage requests, as also on general Storeroom request such as doily papers, silver foils, Deli Shop cake boxes etc. to ensure a sufficient stock.
负责办公室的请购比如办公用品、食品请购、饮料请购、一般库存请购包括餐巾纸、银箔和蛋糕盒等方面的用品以确保有充足的库存。
12.Attends F&B Meeting, keep attendance and write minutes and distribution of minutes to all concerned.
参加主管会记录主管出勤并作会议摘要并将其发放到相关部位。
13.Handles requests brought up by other department, handling of cake orders.
处理部门的请购需要。
14.Create and maintain filing systems for departmental records, reports, etc.
创建并维系相关文件系统,如部门的记录,报表等。
15.Formulates SOP/process briefs as requested/directed by the manager.
根据经理的指示,制定好标准作业规程/工作流程简况。
16.Attend designated meetings. Take minutes & distribute as directed.
参加指定的会议并完成会议纪要,按会议指示分配任务。
17.Follow up any guest questions or queries immediately and if you don’t know the answer, check with your Manager.
满足客人的各项要求,如不能立即回答客人的问题请与经理联系。
18.The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.
如有必要,该部门有权更改或补充该职位描述。
19.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
Knowledge and Experience知识与经验
1.University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大学专科,良好的中英文读写能力。
2.Administrative work experience at the same level hotel.
同级酒店的行政工作经验
3.Be good at communication, get along well with employees and communicate the needs of employees accurately
善于沟通,要和员工融洽相处并且能准确的传达员工需求
4.Skilled use of office software
熟练运用办公软件
