保安主管/消防主管 Security Supervisor/Fire-fighting Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1.Adherence to Staff Handbook and Fairmont Code of Ethics.
遵守员工手册条款和费尔蒙道德规范。
2.Work collaboratively. Respect team members and immediate supervisors. Follow department rules and regulations.
融入团队气氛，尊重同事，尊重上司，遵守部门内的规定。
3.Hold a meeting every day before work, emphasis on recent events and the issue that need to pay attention to, arrange intraday work. Be strict to implement the rules and regulations.
每天主持召开班前会，强调近期发生的事件及需注意的问题，安排当天的工作。严格执行各项规章制度。
4.Check the on duty staff dress, grooming, dress should in strict accordance with the requirements of our hotel during working time.
检查当班员工的着装、仪容仪表，严格按照费尔蒙酒店的要求着装上班。
5.Check the record of last work every day before work. Deploy and implement it in good season if any problem happens. Preserve the work record in good condition, summarize and save it.
每天上班前查看上个班次工作情况记录，有问题及时部署、落实，完好保存工作记录，每日进行归纳整理并保存。
6.Perfect and improve the management practices and accounting of the department, carry out the management rules.
完善和健全部门的各项管理措施和台帐，落实管理制度。
7.Be familiar with preventive measures and contingency plans about various events, and can be applied flexibly.
熟知各类事件的预防措施和应急方案，并能灵活运用。
8.Responsible to the knowledge training and assessment for Security Officers.
负责对安保员的岗位知识培训和评估。
9.Inspect in the hotel at any time, and go to the control room to look over at any time, check the security situation in the hotel through monitoring.
随时在酒店内巡视，随时到监控室查看，通过监控来查巡酒店内的安全情况。
10.In case of malignant incident happens, control and report to the director and the public security organs in good season, and work with the public security organs.
遇有各种恶性事件发生，及时控制并报告部门总监及公安机关，配合公安机关侦破
11.In case of major events, VIP guests arrive the hotel, should layout and lead the Security Officers on duty, observe the surrounding circumstances, ensure the security of activities.
遇有重大活动、VIP客人到达酒店要布置并带领安保员上岗执勤，观察周围情况，保证活动安全。
12.Security Department is the full-time firefighters of the hotel, under any circumstances, should listen to the unified arrangement and scheduling of the department.
安保部所有人员是酒店专职消防人员，任何情况下，听从部门的统一安排和调度。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1.Fire Veterans，high School above.
退伍军人，高中以上文化。
2.Have 2 years above security management experience in a 5-star hotel.
具有2年以上5星级酒店安全管理经验。
3.Full of energy，act agile，have language organizational skills.
精力充沛，能连续工作，办事敏捷，具有语言组织能力。
4.Good communication，able to keep good cooperation relationship with the hotel related functional departments.
良好的沟通协调能力，能够与酒店的相关部门保持良好的协作关系。
