Main Responsibilities 工作职责
1.Refers leads and sendsEvents Profiles information to relevant sister hotels or NSO/ISO (if any).

2.Ensure highest standardsof service and product quality are provided to guests at all times.

3.Monitors customers’feedback and follows through with the necessary action.

4.Develops leads andhandles inquiries for social events (eg. weddings /dining/party). Maximizeup-selling when possible.

5.Launch twice wedding fairs in hotel liaisingwith 3rd party partners, wedding association from local market andfeeder markets, work together with Marcom Director, Director of Sales &Marketing to planning and execution.

6.Ensure that theinformation disseminated to the Banquet Sales Team are continuously updated(eg. Banquet inventory list, menus, and beverage).

7.Closely monitors accountrevenue and business production. Adjusts strategies, procedures or accountcoverage as needed to achieve the planned goals.

8.Analyses market trends.Under the direction of the DOSM plans and implements proactive programs with Directorof Sales to improve market share.

9.Reviews directcompetition and market changes. Ensures complete awareness by the Banquet SalesTeam of how to meet these changes and of competitors’ activities at all times.

10.Responsible for qualitycontrol & production performance of group catering revenue and localcatering as well as wedding revenue.

11.Develops on-goingrelationships with customers. Participates in relationship building visitationswhen necessary.

16.Maintains timely &responsive communication with clients.

18.Recruits, selects,trains and motivates. Banquet Sales Team to realize their potential. Developsindividuals for advancement within the Accor group.

19.Assures understanding ofjob responsibilities, goals, and standards of performance for catering salesand event management Team; and conducts formal annual evaluations and on-goingcoaching and counselling.

20.Maintains establishedpersonnel policies and procedures of Accor group.

21.To work closely with theFood & Beverage Department in ensuring that the hotel hygiene and foodsafety control standard are maintained.

22.Ensure that team memberis trained on the basic hotel hygiene and food safety control standards, aswell as procedures in handling complaints on food hygiene.

23.To liaise with the F& B Division in the development of new concept / theme menus /setups tocater to guests needs and offer better choices to guests to improve revenue.

24.Upon employment, allemployees are required to fully comply with Accor rules and regulations for thesafe and efficient operation of hotel facilities. Team Members who violatehotel rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action up to andincluding termination of employment.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1.University graduate, excellent command of writtenand spoken in English and Chinese language.

2.Minimum 5 years’experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.

3.Determines overall business objectives and initiatives best suit thehotel.

4.Produces and executes Catering & Event budgets and business plans.

6.Manages and administrates the Catering Sales and Event Managementdepartment.

8.Knowledge of market trends and behavior including political, economicand social issues.
