Main Responsibilities 工作职责
1. To handle incoming calls and be able to handle general inquiries.
接听电话处理普通需求。
2. Maintain a filing system and tracing of documents.
建立文件系统和文档的追踪。
3. Coordination of hotel collateral development and filing.
协调处理印刷品制作与归档。
4. Should have proficient knowledge of hotel's services and facilities.
全面熟悉酒店服务和设施知识。
5. Working jointly with artist for project implementation and timely follow up.
与美工共同实施工作项目，并及时跟进。
6. Regular news clippings on hotel's happenings and happenings in the city and other hotels.
收集本酒店，其他酒店和本市新闻。
7. Answer general press inquiries on hotel events and information.
回答媒体关于酒店的事件和信息。
8. Assist in translations in news articles, letters and press releases into Chinese or vice versa.
协助中英互译文章，邮件和新闻稿。
9. Any other duties assigned by the Marcom Manager or DOSM.
完成市场传讯经理和市场销售总监分配的任务。
10. The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.

Knowledge and Experience 知识与经验
1. University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大学本科，良好的中英文读写能力。
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少两年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
3. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese.
中英文口语和书写流利。
4. With necessary multi-media network.
拥有必要的大众传媒网络。
5. Creative writing skills.
创造性的写作技巧。
6. Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.
具有策略性、创造性及灵活性。
7. Basic knowledge of Ad. / Media Planning and printing/ production process.
基本的广告媒体计划和印刷生产知识。
8. PC knowledge: PPT, Word, Excel, Web and basic artist knowledge.
电脑知识：PPT, Word, Excel; Web、美工相关的软件的知识。
