项目装修工 Project Renovation Worker

Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1. Surface restoration: Proficiently master the marquetry, repair, and color adjustment techniques of various veneers (such as rosewood, walnut, oak, etc.) to ensure no color difference or marks after restoration.
Component replacement: Accurately measure and replace damaged baseboards, door frames, decorative moldings, and cabinet panels to ensure tight and even joints.
饰面修复：熟练掌握各类木皮（如红木、胡桃木、橡木等）的拼花、修补、调色技术，确保修复后无色差、无痕迹。
部件更换：精准测量并更换损坏的踢脚线、门套、装饰线条及柜体板材，保证接缝严密平整。
2. Hardware adjustment: Coordinate with carpentry repairs to disassemble and reinstall hardware such as door locks, hinges, and sliding tracks for adjustment.
五金调试：配合木工修复进行门锁、合页、滑轨等五金件的拆卸与重新安装调试。
3. Finished product protection: During construction, strictly implement the hotel's finished product protection standards to prevent contamination or damage to surrounding carpets and decorative surfaces.
成品保护：在施工过程中严格执行酒店成品保护标准，防止对周边地毯、装饰面造成污染或损伤。
Knowledge and Experience知识与经验
1. Possess professional dual skills in paint and coating repair.
具备油漆及涂料修补专业双项技能；
2. Interior painting: Proficient in latex paint spraying/rolling techniques, controlling uniform paint film thickness, without sagging or brush marks, with accurate color matching.
室内涂装：熟练掌握乳胶漆喷涂/滚涂工艺，控制漆膜厚度均匀，无流挂、无刷痕，色号准确；
3. Environmental control: Strictly control the clean materials on the construction site, reasonably arrange work hours, and reduce interference with residents.
环境控制：严格控制施工现场净材料，合理安排作业时间，减少对住客的干扰
