送餐部领班 IRD Captain

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责：
1.Confidently knowing opening hours of all restaurants & hotel outlets.
熟悉所有餐厅及酒店其他部门的营业时间。
2.To have full knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu contents and all other special promotions taking place in the hotel. Knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods. To be able to explain them in detail to guests.
充分掌握餐饮相关的菜单和其他酒店促销的特殊菜品和饮品；了解菜单所有栏目、装饰菜、食物和烹制方法。能够为客人提供相应的详细说明。
3.Look for ways to upsell and add value.
能通过多种促销的手段为酒店带来更多经济效益。
4.To facilitate all guest needs and expectations in the restaurant by providing exceptional service.
尽力满足客人在餐厅里的需要和期望，并为其提供卓越的服务。
5.Ensuring safe and healthy work environment for all the guests and the colleagues.
确保为所有客人和同事提供一个安全和健康的工作环境。
6.Make sure that all open food and beverage items are dated and covered.
确保所有开包的食品和饮品有时间记录并在保质期内。
7.Involved in daily operations, ensuring that all standard procedures, rules and regulations, quality of service and sequence of service are highly implemented and emphasized by the colleagues.
主要负责日常的运营，确保所有的有关标准流程，规章制度，服务质量和服务流程同事都能够高质量的完成。
8.To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you.

10.Maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues /supervisors/manager.

Knowledge and Experience 知识与经验：
1.Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field.
具有酒店管理或相关领域的学历/专业证书。
2.6 – 12 months in a food service position, similar operations style.
具有6-12个月餐饮相关的服务经验。
3.Retail or guest interaction experience.
具有销售/对客服务经验。
4.Food and /or beverage knowledge (personal interest/ professional).
对餐饮有一定了解（个人爱好/专业）。
