【岗位职责】
This is a middle level MICE Events position in a full serviceluxury, resort, or major flagship hotel with high volume catering, banquet,and/or convention facilities.
Performance of this role should be measured by the following keymetrics:
· Key Performance Objectives setannually (as per IHG policy)
· Process compliance as theindicated compliance in the Standard Operating Procedures
· Lead Handover Quality
· Other Events KPIs
· Repeat sale or upsellingrevenue
· Customer feedback/satisfaction
任职要求:
Degree or Diploma, and at least 3 years of relevant experience inmeeting planning in Hospitality or a related service industry. Type and levelof experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity ofoperation.
Expected to possess the following skills:
· Good communication andnegotiation skills
· Ability to take initiative,meet deadlines and commitments, and complete tasks and projects as required
· Strong organisational skillsrequired to maintain electronic and paper filing systems
· Maintain a high level ofknowledge pertaining to policy and procedure and communicates knowledgeeffectively to all personnel when applicable.
· Demonstrates clear andeffective verbal and written skills for the purpose of obtaining and conveyinginformation to clients, technicians, management and team members as well asproducing reports
· Excellent PC skills (includingMS Office)
