工程主管（三行&水电）ENG Supervisor

MAIN DUTIES主要职责
1. Under the leadership of on duty engineer, responsible for hotel carpenter, painter, bricklayer, within the scope of the maintenance, making, installation and part of the renovation project.
在值班工程师的领导下，负责酒店木工、油漆工、瓦工范围内的维修、制作、安装及部分装修改造工程。
2. Responsible for repairing, maintenance on all wooden furniture, windows and doors of the hotel and replacing the paint of wall, metal structure.
负责对酒店所有木器家具门窗的维修、保养及墙壁、金属构架的油漆翻新。
3. Responsible for hotel wall paper (cloth), carpet, ceiling, all kinds of locks, glass and all sorts of adornment of maintenance, protection. The various activities for the hotel making and installation of props.
负责对酒店墙纸（布）、地毯、天花板、各类锁具、玻璃及各种装饰的维修、维护。为酒店承办的各种活动制作和安装各种道具。
4. Responsible for maintenance and replacing of all ceramic tile, floor tile, marble, ceramics, wall of the hotel.
负责酒店所有瓷砖、地砖、大理石、瓷片、贴面的维修保养及更新。
5. Make regular inspection on in-charged areas ensure the range facilities in good condition, meet live timely maintenance, Received repair orders, rapid repair, face a major problem, timely report for instructions.
定期巡回检查所管范围设施完好状况，遇到零修活及时维修，接到报修单，迅速维修，遇到重大问题，及时请示汇报。
JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求
1. 至少3年的工程经验。
2.领导能力强，人际关系好。
3. 工程部所有设备运行方面的知识丰富。
4. 熟悉酒店管理的全面运行。
5.持有工程相关证书。
